Technical Details
When we email on your behalf, we query Infusionsoft for contacts matching the tags you’ve specified in your settings. We get back a list of Infusionsoft Contact IDs and then send email through your Infusionsoft application to those contacts using just their Contact ID. We never request or receive your contact’s names or even their email addresses (Personally Identifiable Information “PII”)
We track which of your contacts open the emails you send and which contacts click links in your emails but again, we only track this based on their Infusionsoft Contact ID and do not know their name or email address. We do associate a timestamp and IP address with these opens and clicks and when clicking links, we do track what link was clicked and when.
You have the ability in FeedBolt to download open and click data which includes the Infusionsoft ContactID but no other PII.
When you delete a contact from your Infusionsoft application, all that we’re left with is an ID number with no way to associate that contact back with any PII.
