Sometimes, the number of contacts mailed in Keap will appear lower than the number of contacts that FeedBolt shows we mailed.
The number we show in FeedBolt is the number of contacts with the matching tag – regardless of their mailability status. In other words, if some of your contacts with the tag are hard bounces, spam complaints, opt-outs, etc… but they still have the tag, we still count them as contacts with that tag.
Keap then filters all of those out before it actually sends the email. This is why you may see a lower number in Keap of the number of contacts mailed in the broadcast from FeedBolt.
